405 Bakehouse is a small home bakery in Kanpur, India. This page explains what information we collect when you place an order, how we use it, and what we don’t do with it.

What we collect

• Name and phone number — when you message us on WhatsApp to place an order.
• Pickup or delivery details — if you share an address or a preferred pickup time with us.
• Order contents — what cookies and quantities you ordered.

We do not collect payment card details directly. Payments are arranged separately at pickup or via UPI/bank transfer.

How we use it

• To bake and hand off your order.
• To message you about that specific order (confirmation, pickup time, any issues).
• To occasionally send you a heads-up about a new flavour or seasonal box, if you’ve ordered before. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your information to anyone.
• We don’t share your phone number with other businesses.
• We don’t use it for marketing campaigns beyond the occasional first-party message described above.

Cookies and analytics on this site

This site does not currently use third-party tracking or analytics cookies. If we add lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics later (e.g. Plausible), we’ll update this page.

Your rights
